Woesternij is a mixture between the Dutch word ‘Woest’ which means Wild and ‘Lekkernij’ which means Delicacy.

Woesternij in our eyes is enjoying the outdoors and it’s outdoors delicacy’s. It’s looking for oysters during low tide, making fire from deadwood, and roosting food on an open fire.
