Woesternij is a mixture of the Dutch word ‘Woest’ which means Wild and ‘Lekkernij’ which means Delicacy.

Woesternij in our eyes is enjoying the outdoors and its outdoor delicacies. It’s looking for oysters during low tide, making fire from deadwood, and cooking food on an open fire.
